I am happy to announce that as of yesterday, I have officially kicked off the 90th UX Book Club chapter!
After living in large cities for much of my life, I’ve always had plenty of ways to take advantage of and to participate in the thriving design community around me. However, now that I am in a smaller town, I’ve struggled with finding a design community like the ones to which I’ve grown accustomed. Well, it is high time I took matters into my own hands!
Enter the UX Book Club. I love feeling that I am both part of the much larger international UX community, and also that I can play a part in building something locally. I believe in the power of small groups, and this is a perfect forum where local designers with experience in and passion for UX—particularly UX—can come together, network, and learn how to make better products for people.
